Our Class 100,000 cleanroom facilities, more than 100 automated production lines, and independent microbiological testing laboratories ensure that every batch consistently meets promised standards. We have obtained certifications including ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, Medical Device Manufacturing License, and Disinfection Product Hygiene License. We also assist customers in meeting international compliance requirements such as EU REACH and U.S. FDA regulations based on target market needs. Nocta actively promotes green manufacturing through continuous investment in energy-saving upgrades at our production bases in Huizhou, Guangdong and Hunan. By introducing high-efficiency motors and automated control systems, we are reducing energy consumption per unit of production. Our Class 100,000 cleanroom workshops are equipped with wastewater treatment and recycling systems that effectively reduce industrial water usage and wastewater discharge. In addition, we installed solar photovoltaic panelsd on selected facility rooftops to generate clean energy, reducing dependence on conventional power sources and supporting the adoption of renewable energy through practical action.

In product innovation, Nocta prioritizes the development of biodegradable nonwoven wipes. We have successfully launched biodegradable wipes made from bamboo fiber, viscose, lyocell, and wood pulp-based materials. Under industrial composting conditions, these materials can achieve biodegradation and align with the growing demand for sustainable materials in European and North American markets. We actively recommend biodegradable solutions to customers and assist with related environmental certification applications. At the same time, we continue promoting reduced-plastic packaging solutions, encouraging the adoption of paper-based and partially bio-based materials to replace conventional plastic packaging and jointly reduce environmental impact.
